We're on the hunt for a hands-on, creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Support Office team right in the heart of Auckland. You'll be at the forefront of marketing magic, working alongside our Marketing Manager to dream up, launch, and refine exciting campaigns that capture the spirit of Whitcoulls.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. Your responsibilities will include coordinating content, managing timelines, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
Core Responsibilities
Campaign Support - Assist in the successful execution of marketing campaigns across all media channels, including in-store, TV, radio, print, digital, and social media.
In-Store Merchandising - Help craft captivating in-store displays that attract attention, tell a story, and create an unforgettable shopping experience.
Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement and deliver marketing initiatives.
Strategy & Campaign Implementation - Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Content Coordination - Coordinate the creation of content (copy, images, videos) for email marketing, social media, website, and print materials.
Calendar Management - Maintain marketing calendars and ensure all deadlines and project milestones are met.
General Support - Take on a variety of as-needed marketing tasks and administrative duties to support the wider team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a Marketing or Coordination role (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
Understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and websites.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
